No pay and not glamorous. I am sure that it can be easy to forget about their commitment, and service when you walk in tired at the end of a day. I have yet to walk a camino, but I will try to remain grateful for there sacrifices when I do.

I enjoyed my two weeks in Grado and would gladly do it again - for two weeks. Full-time, as in owning an albergue, is a completely different matter.
