Ah! So this is what the Camino does for us - no wonder people get hooked on it! :wink:

Even better than the reconnection with the great outdoors is the (re)connection with other people, particularly those from different cultural backgrounds.

Is there a compounding of benefits? If we complete multiple Caminos, can we look forward to a stress-free, healthy life in our extreme old age?

Just to be one the safe side, it's probably best to make the Camino an annual event - after all, we owe it to our families to stay in good health
