Best app for iphone

First let me say I have been reading this forum almost daily for months and thanks for all the incredible info and advice you all have given!
Walking my first Camino this September from SJPDP, hopefully will include Finisterre & Muxia.
I want just one app for my iphone10 - that will replace the need to carry a guidebook - with detailed walking maps, Albergue info, points of interest..I don’t have to worry about data usage since I use Sprint, but would like it to work offline also, just to save battery life. What is everyone’s favorite?

I've never found absolutely everything that I wanted in one app. For apps I use both Buen Camino and Wisely (I prefer Buen Camino overall, but Wisely has a feature or two that I refer to).
I also have a couple of guidebooks on my Kindle app.

Thank you for Trailsmart - I haven’t heard of it, excited to check it out. I’ve read all the popular guidebooks, some have apps, but I’d prefer to use something you experienced Pilgrims have used.

Awingandaprayer is good app, my advice is use the Pilgrim app widely available on the way, you can approach other Pilgrims who look lost and or knowledgeable and strike up a conversation. (The bi-lingual localsapp is particularly helpful) The yellowarrows app will guide you and in my experience the less you use technology the more enriching your experience will be. I recommend the Wisely / Wise Pilgrim apps.

Both Google Maps and MAPS.ME permit you to download a map that builds a route between two points providing the route, distance, profile, and verticality of the segment. It doesn’t guarantee strict adherence to the marked path, but it will parallel and share portions the the formal path.
I have a generous data plan with AT&T but sometimes there is no access on the Camino. You can build a new route between two points on MAPS.ME absent a data signal if you’ve downloaded that area map. It also shows most of the detail other maps do.
I’m using it now to plan my Lucca to Rome Francigena hike and Southwest England hike this year. It reduces the hesitancy starting out, helps you pace yourself, compares distances with ones you are familiar with in your hometown, making the Camino somewhat familiar.

TrailSmart is the gold standard. Gives you your pinpoint on the Camino (which is a godsend when doing a reverse Camino). Updated regularly with highly detailed, useful info on ATMs, water and albergues. Free to download. I gladly paid the 10 bucks for the offline maps.

I used Wise Pilgrim for the first time last year, and it was a huge help through some poorly marked sections of the Portuguese. Highly recommended!

Bobbogram this sounds very interesting - can I ask where do you obtain the maps that you download to this app?
