Reflecting on my recent Camino, this is more important to me than tapas. I would go for the Menu Restaurant in Tembleque in La Mancha (I can't remember its name, but it was the only menu restaurant in town). For 8 euros I got enough paella for 4 people (it was proper paella with lots of shellfish, crab and rabbit), half a chicken and chips, unlimited bread, postre (fruit was all I could manage), coffee and a bottle of wine.

And lomo was not on offer.
