Flying into Paris France, however we want to send our mountain bikes over via Air Caddy boxes prior to starting the ride from St. Jean in France.

Question: Anybody know a reliable bike shop close to St. Jean, France? Any contact address for the shop?

There is a bike shop in St. Jean, also sells hiking/outdoor stuff. Only a few minutes walk from the centre, near the supermarket, though I cannot remember the name.

Though ... As you will be carrying tools with you on your Camino and putting a bike back together from a travelling box takes only about ten minutes ...pedals, handlebars, wheels - job done, why not arrange to have them delivered to your first refugio? Then you can put them together yourself ... just a thought ..
