I stayed at the Lux hotel my last night in Santiago.
Left my Compostela certificate in the hotel room when I checked out.
Ut oh.
My friend from Coruna called the hotel the next day for me. They had it and sent it to his house in Coruna.
A big thanks to the hotel staff. I might add it was a pleasure staying there.
I highly recommend the hotel. If that's OK on here?
Room was great and they spoke better English than I.

I stayed at Lux on my last night in Santiago last year. It was luxurious after the albergues and pensiones I had stayed at.:)

I'm a fan of Hotel Lux too. I stayed there for 3 nights early July and found all the staff very friendly and helpful. They kindly printed out my ferry ticket for me as I hadn't had access to a printer - I was so grateful. Great location and breakfast too - I'll be back there each time I'm in Santiago.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

I stayed in alburgues, pensiones, hostels and hotels.
Always a private room. ( my one indulgence )
I never had a bad room.
I plan on walking the Norte next year and pray I have the same luck finding rooms

But yes the Lux was one of the best.
