I would be arriving in Bilbao on the 26th of August and I am having difficulty figuring out how to get to LePuy. Any ideas?

Have you tried going to Paris, then Lyon, then finding bus or train to Le Puy?

Aim for Lyon would be my suggestion. From there or St Etienne, trains go to Le Puy.
