Hi Everyone,

I just want to ask for your advice.
I booked a flight from Madrid back to my country on Wizzair. Because the system allows me to print the boarding card only 15 days before it departs I need to print it on route. Is it possible? Does anyone know sg about it or has anyone done such thing before?
I really appretiate every answer.

Thanks,
Eszter

If you make a point of stopping in Melide, there is a little private albergue next to the big municipal one that has a computer centre attached. We printed out our Ryanair boarding cards there (they did not mind that we were staying at the municipal - and BTW, others staying at the private one were NOT pleased with the cleanliness).
There is also a wonderful panaderia a couple of shops away too!

I don't think that could be a problem. If you'll stay in private albergue you can print it there, because small cafes with internet access usually don't have printers. At least I haven't seen any. If you're gonna walk to SdC there's a huge variety of internet cafes or similar places. I remember one where I printed out my boarding pass. It's on Rua da Senra, maybe a 5 min walk from the cathedral SW down Rua Vilar or Rua Franco which runs parallel. When you come to Rua da Senra it's on the opposite side of the street. If you get lost by any chance just ask for Hotel Compostela and you'll be on that street. If I remember correctly I paid 1€ for the access and print-out.

Ultreia!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
There must be a lot of printers available in the area around Santiago because it's a known issue to have a printout of the boardingpass.
Also consider this possibility. Someone of your family, friends,... at home prints the boardingpass. Call them if a faxmachine is available. Ask if you can receive a fax, forward the number of the fax to your family, friends,... I did this for a voucher of a rented car. It costed me nothing at the hotel close to "A Rúa" (before Arco O Pino) (km18).

Do you have to print your boarding card prior to arriving at the airport? I've never flown that airline, but I usually wait until I am at the airport for my return flight to print my boarding card - unless I have it downloaded to my phone. It has never been an issue.

As I know for Ryanair you have to print it. In 2009 I payed app.45 GBP on Stansted because I was sure I could've done it on the airport :x , but there were no public printers and of course they wouldn't let me use one of theirs, hahaha, silly me.............

I think it's better to read those regulations really well

Yes, I need to have it printed, otherwise I have to pay an awful lot of money for it... :S

I arranged for a family member to post my Ryanair boarding card to Santiago and collected it when I arrived. In the meantime, I had found an internet cafe that had printers, and printed out a spare copy there.
