Hello again.. Help?? We are completing our Camino in April .. Our third stage Astorga to Santiago (yay!). As it is Easter week we are keen to pre-book accommodation for the last stage beyond Sarria .... (we were "accommodation challenged" a couple of times last September, so don't want to take any chances). Anyhoo we are having problems finding something in Ribadiso... Does anyone know of a small hotel or pension (we are not carrying sleeping bags this time) in Ribadiso or a few km before the town (rather than after as we have a slow walker with us!!). Any help would be appreciated as we saw many fellow pilgrims turned away and having to walk to the next town in Sep 2013. Thanks so much, Jo

There is lots of accommodations in Arzua an hour after Ribadiso.

yogoflowjo,

Here is a web page for a private new albergue in Ribadiso de Baixo where you can book space. They also have private rooms.
Another option is to stay before Ribadiso in Melide. On a cold night last December when the municipal albergue was closed for new repairs I stayed at the Pension Sony in a comfortable room for 20 euros. Their very popular family run restaurant provides inexpensive delicious copious meals; I have happily eaten there on all my caminos.
