Booking beds or taking it as it comes?

I am living in Santiago, and have walked parts of the Camino Portuges by night (Pontevedrada 2016), and am planning to walk one of the caminos for a few days this summer (July 2016).

Hello! I am going to walk from Ourense to Santiago with two friends next week (July). We only have four days to do it, so we kind of know already know the stages we need to take every day and they are quite long. I know this is not the "real" pilgrim spirit, but it's the time we have, and living in the region, I know we will have some beautiful nature experiences even though it's short! But the question is - should we book our beds ahead so we don't need to stress to our destination, or should we take our sleeping bags and mattresses to be prepared for anything? Any good advices?

If you already know the stages you want/need to walk and are comfortable committing to stop in those places then I think booking ahead would alleviate a lot of stress. Do what works best for you and have a wonderful camino.
