Pamplona to San Domingo de la Calzada (2018)
Hi. I will be walking from Pamplona to San Domingo de la Calzada in July 2018 and would like to leave my car in Pamplona bus station. Does anyone know if it is possible to book a parking place in advance? Many thanks

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
stuwilson,

You do not state what dates you plan to leave your car parked in Pamplona. However if it is during the period July 6 to 14 and the famous Fiesta of St Fermin with the running of the bulls you might want to reconsider where you actually park the car. See more here

Happy planning and Buen camino!

You can find lots of information on their website:
http://www.estaciondeautobusesdepam...de-la-estacion/Parking-de-vehiculos.aspx.html

To sum up, it's normally €10 per day, but €35,30 per day during San Fermin. If you scroll down you can also see weekly and monthly rates ("Abono Completo"), although there's a set rate of €200 for the San Fermin period. There is a telephone number for "Reservas" at the top of the page.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

I have been in Pamplona in 2016
It is a busy town like other Spanish towns by the way and has a complicated and chaotic infrastructure.
If I were you I should park my car a few miles out of the town. I know a few kms outside the town is a campingsite-we camped there in 2016 -and park the car on the parkingplace you could ask the campingowner permission to park on beforehand. Advantage is that there around are more foreign registrated cars so it will be a more protected area around the camping than on a parkinglot somewhere in town. Here the address.
It is camping Ezcaba , Carretera Francia , km 2,5 in Eusa/Oricain/Pamplona
Tel. + 34 948 330315. Info@campingezcaba.com

You could walk the 9 kms to the towncenter or take public transport.

Buen caminho

Thank you for your responses so far. I would prefer the bus station as it is so central. Should I be worried about security there? I thought it was a secure car park with cctv? We will be parking from 22/7 to 29/7.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Dont worry about the security, thins kind of parkings are supervised by tv circuits and there have identification cars cameras at the entrance and output. There are another paking place next to bus satation it is called "Baluarte" it is about 150 meters far.
