Bronze or similar scallop shells.

Portuguese "2015" missed one day. Portuguese "May 2016" ."2019" April/ May Portuguese Senda Litoral

Thanks in anticipation.

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
Had a gentle walk up to the shop, it is everything that was good about old fashioned shopping. There was a gent in front who had a problem with a crutch and the owner cleaned it and sanded off old glue then set a new rubber stop for him all for €2 .
There was a good selection of hand made metal shells ranging in price from €18 - €30. All a bargain compared to the mass produced products sold everywhere.
Thank you again for the directions.

The tourist shop across from the cathedral sells them - they are numbered for authenticity. Expensive though, from memory €300 in brass. They look great. I have the Galician one and there is another, I think from Leòn, it’s longer and slimmer in design. There is an ironmonger in Santiago as well but they didn’t have anything close to the same quality
