Great resource!

I noticed the blue dots were somewhat different than the yellow arrows. What were the blue dots?
 
I had trouble managing the original PDF file as it was 16 MB and just a bit large to download readily on a phone connection. I got back home and decided to extract and reduce the image sizes. Then discovered someone else had already done it. My version is about 2 MB, attached. All material due to @minaleigh with thanks. in case others find it useful...
