Bus diversions Bayonne 14 bus

Warning buses no 14 from Biiarritz are stopping short of le Gare Bayonne, new stop is place de basque 15 min walk to station.
I thing this is temporary today 22nd July as lots of work going on, main bridge was closed to traffic and pedestrian path difficult. So give yourself time to get to station.
Does anyone know why and when its back to normal ? , also Bayonne le Gare has undergone major restoration looks great.

I think it will last all of this week including next Monday and it has to do with the festival Fêtes de Bayonne. Here is a leaflet that explains which bus stops have been cancelled during this time (22-29 July 2019).
