Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-

I think it just means the tickets haven't been released yet. There will be a bus, but you need to wait to buy tickets.

Hello again
I have looked in to taking a train from Santiago on June 11 at 1034 am to Ourense
The stop over here is 1 hour 16 mins for another train to Sarria arriving at 1346 pm same day
This journey is 3 hrs 12 mins total
I don’t mind doing this journey but when I tried to book the ticket the train company asked for my passport number and needed all my particular details
I am not sure how safe this is doing it on line and the cost would be €42.30 to get there
As I have no choice is this an usual thing to do asking for a screen shot of your passport
Appreciate your views please today .
Thanks Fidelma Hesaghty
Excited about the trip in a few weeks but need to sort out these few problems before I leave Home

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.

I looked at the Monbus schedule but the choose date selector wasn't working (but maybe it will with your browser). I remember that there is only one bus a day going from Santiago to Sarria but many from Santiago to Lugo and many from Lugo to Sarria.

Here is the Monbus schedule:

The bus to Sarria leaves once daily (7 days per week) and tickets for June 11 will likely be available for purchase in mid to late May.
I have attached the bus schedule. There are also connections if you take a bus to Lugo and then transfer to another bus to Sarria if the direct connect bus timing does not work well for you. Trains and buses in Spain don't have a long lead time to release tickets. Just keep checking back.

There are a lot of train track construction works going on and even if you take the train to Ourense, they will put you on a bus to finish the journey to Sarria as a part of the train ticket.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

This is so helpful, thank you! Do you know what type of Monbus this is? The website shows they have in their fleet of busses with Wi-Fi and onboard WC. But I assume those are for Spanish cross-country routes.

I don't remember if the daily bus has wifi or a restroom or not. It is comfortable though and the seats recline (one of my students slept the whole way from the airport to Sarria) and this one stops at every wide spot and community in the road to let locals (and pilgrims) on and off. Yes some bus lines do other amenities. Usually when you purchase your ticket you will be able to see any amenities.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
