There is a bus from Hospital to Triacastela, through Samos to Sarria. It is very early in the morning. I got it from Hospital, just outside the albergue at either 7 or 7:30. Cant remember exactly. It is just a small local bus and the journey to Sarria cost me €4. I had hurt my ankle and intended to go to Triacastela. When the driver said Sarria, I succumbed to temptationDoes anyone know if there is a regular bus from Tricastilla to Samos?

Yes that is true, the bus stops down hill on the main road, just about halfway out of town, it is opposite a restaurant. It is a minibus, but believe me, it can take many pilgrims to Samos or Sarria on a rainy dayUpon the Samos city council webpage, the enterprise is Monbus and runs from Mo-Sat (not Sundays). It is rather a minibus.
No bus station in Triacastela. I remember it stops near a cafe. Ask locals.
