Business Ideas and the Camino

I am a journalist writing a story about businesses created as a result of a walk on the Camino, a journey where ideas often flow freely. The business can be large or small. The key is that the walker, as a result of doing a Camino, came up with a new business idea.

Hi Robert
Someone I know just returned from doing The Camino and talked about all the businesses, shops, etc. along the way. How would someone go about getting info on any businesses there for sale?
