OBSOLETE COVID THREAD Camino del Norte Border problems?

Just curious if anyone has walked the Camino del norte recently and what your experience was, specifically crossing regional borders. Was hoping to go from San Sebastian go Oviedo then switch to the primitive route later this month.

Also I noticed quite a few Albergues were closed but am fine staying in hostels. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Note: I'm in Barcelona now and have a U.S. and Spanish passport. Unsure which to use if I get stopped

We stayed in Pension Lizaso which is near the station.
