Camino du Mar to Cabo da Roca

Hi looking at the gps route on maps.me it looks like there's a coastal path from Fortaleza do Guincho (where the camino du mar cuts inland) to Cabo da Roca (The most western point of Europe), I was thinking of walking this route and then cutting inland to Ulgueira to pick up the camino du mar. I was wondering if anyone has walked this route and what the availability of food and water is in summer and if the path is easily walked.
