Camino Eats for the Solo Vegan - This is a cookbook for the solo vegan traveling along the Camino (or anywhere else, for that matter)

Hi all,

I've just published my vegan cookbook, Camino Eats for the Solo Vegan. It's available on Amazon in paperback format and will be available on Amazon and Kobo in ebook format soon (i.e., within days). If you'd like an ebook version (epub only, though - good for Kobo readers and phones), let me know and I'll send you one. Please don't share/sell/publish it online though.

Pricing is a bit different...

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Great idea and I'm potentially interested, but the "look inside" option doesn't let you see a single recipe. Can you change that so that potential buyers have more to go on ? :)

PS. don't know if the free ebook option is still available, but count me in if so. Thanks!

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Can't do anything about the preview, that's an Amazon thing. Happy to provide an ePub version free (won't work with kindle, though ).

Dear Geodoc
I am vegetarian and will be on the Caminho Portugues in September. I've been reading whatever I can find, and everyone seems to be into seafood, beef and pork. I just saw your post about your vegan book, and wonder if you have been on the Coastal route for the Portugues. Do you know of grocery stores along the way where vegetarian food (ingredients, meals) can be purchased, or restaurants that would have food with some non-animal protein?
Does your free e-book have info on where to buy ingredients?
Thanks.

Sorry, but I've only done the Camino Frances. No knowledge of any other caminos.

The book has the names of several nationwide stores you can get stuff at.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Hola a todos,

I just revamped the book, adding metric measurements for those that live anywhere other than the USA :)

As a reminder, if you want a free digital version, let me know (but if you purchase the book through Ivar's link, he gets a small commission).
