The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
How come as many times as I have seen some photos (that I have too) of some of your shots I never get tired of looking at them! Buen Camino

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
For anyone who is interested in getting the halfway certificate in Sahagun, it is being done at the community library (biblioteca), and not at the churches or albuerges or the information center, as we were told by too many different people.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
I'm in the correct thread- in OP's post, picture #2 is a rack of beautiful espadrilles in the most amazing styles and fabrics. I could wait until i got there sometime next year and find the store and hope they ship, or OP may remember where she took the picture and I find them online, support a local business, and treat myself with a surprise until I can go. Perhaps not every pair LOL. OP- message me!

My wife and I left Fromista Sunday morning in the rain. And we began our hike when it was still dark. The rain was heavy but we have good rain gear: rain pants, gaiters, goretex rain jackets, backpack rain covers, gloves, AND rain poncho on top of the gore tex jacket! We kept reasonably dry. Somehow on our hike to Carrion de los Condes, we missed a flecha and were guided to the alternate route near a stream and woods. What a mess!! The entire senda was mudd that caked our boots and trekking poles. After more than an hour we found a lane that connected to the road route.
Glad we have good rain gear but lesson learned on being more attentive when alternate routes are available! Bob

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.
