Apologies if this has already been asked!

I was wondering if any one had walked the Camino ingles at Christmas and what their experience was?

Any insight would be useful!

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Hi Charlotte!
I walked the CI last November 2021 (not really Christmas) from Ferrol to SdeC. It is a short but pretty tough Camino. Of course we were still under COVID restrictions so accommodation was not easy as 75% beds were blocked out in certain Albergues.
Also not too many Peregrinos walk the CI.
It will be cold because of the Bay of Biscay / Atlantic winter setting in with possibilities of rain/sleet.. some of the ascents are rather tough but I completed it in just under 5 days. 120 km .. take your time !
Very Best

Some accommodation will close at Christmas/New Year/Epiphany so make sure you have it sorted it out in advance. Also bars, shops restaurants etc can also be closed so be prepared with food etc
