Camino Norte - Boots/ sandals/ jacket

Hey, I’m walking a section of the Camino Norte (Bilbao to Santander) starting Monday.. Is anyone there at the moment who can advise on if to bring a downs jacket or not? Also walking boots or keens trail sandals? Worried about the sandals with rain forecast but they’d be more multifunctional. Tips welcome

I would definitely bring a down puffy. And I bring trail runners for hiking and an evening sandal to get a break from hiking shoes. But if you are used to honking in sandals this time of year that is fine too. I don’t use boots very often anymore.
