Hi
Does anyone know if I can obtain a "credential" in South Africa or how to obtain it before I reach Barcelona. I will travel by train to Pamplona from where I will begin the pilgrimage. Any help?
Thanks in advance.

Hola Marc,
You can get a South Africa credential by joining the CSJ of SA. Membership is R30 pa and a credential costs R60. You can also order a cloth badge and/or a metal pin.
Visit the website: http://www.csjofsa.za.org and click on Membership Form (right side) to download a form. The CSJ olso assist members obtain a visa by providing them with a letter for the Visa Section confirming that you are a member and will be doing el camino. Email them if you require a letter.
The credentials and letters are processed in Cape Town and you could collect it from Helen Pickering or have it posted to you.
Buen camino!

Hi Sillydoll and Hamilton
Thank you very much for the info. I will join here in SA as it is a lot cheaper and easier.

Thanks again. I can't wait
