Camino safety reports APP?

Hello All,
I remember hearing about a mobile app through which you can report incidences on the Camino. Not sure if it's a Camino thing or a Spain thing in general. Anyone that can point me in the right direction?

You should always delete the version of alert cops that you have and reinstall it before you start a new camino because that is the only way to update the app. I read that on their website this morning.
