Sounds like the kind of groups we could more do with one the Camino ;-)
Will the Mass also be open to other pilgrims or only for group members?

Also, for those of us that are on FB - The Camino Chaplaincy has a sparkling-new FB Page and I am sure would like a few more likes ;-) https://www.facebook.com/Caminochaplaincy/ Also a great way to share about all the great work the Camino Chaplaincy does with those of your friends that are not on this forum.

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
These retreats sound a lovely idea. I grew up a Protestant, but have been to many Catholic forms of worship throughout my life. I loved going to masses during our Camino pilgrmage.

The occasional brief times I heard words of my mother tongue, English, during a service were usually precious. Unfortunately as I understood it, the English mass had stopped for the season by the time we arrive in Santiago in Oct, so I didn't get that experience.

I respected that I couldn't partake during a mass, however I found that I really missed participating in communion while on such a meaningful journey. My Camino was a very personal spiritual sojourn that connected me deeply with so many aspects of my Christian heritage.

As I reflect on the possibility of spending time in Spain again, I would like to find ways to incorporate more of this into what we might do, whether or not we are part of one of these particular retreats. I'm wondering what ideas people may have about ways to foster this?
