we are excited about our pending 1st camino. we know there are bag transfers between Albergues. is bag transfer service also available from hotels or casa rurals? thanks

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

You don’t say which Camino you will be walking, but on the Francés transport between hotels/casas won’t be a problem using for instance Correos or JacoTrans.

Buen Camino!

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-
We used Correos and stayed in hotels. No problem at all. We booked on the website. There is a drop down list of all hotels and albergues in each town to choose from.

Yes, no problem for CRs, hotels, paradors or private albergues. Sometimes an issue with municipal albergues since the backpack transport service may arrive at the destination to deliver the backpack before the municipal albergue opens, so the backpack is dropped off at a nearby restaurant or bar.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
I have used Caminofacil for years. On their website, you can post your itinerary along with lodgings and pay up front if you like.
I often book hotels and casa rurals.
I've never had a problem with their service!
Highly recommended.

I used backpack transport on the CF in 2022 from albergues to CR’s to hotels - no problem. EXCEPT - San Bol just outside Hornillos. Jacotran dropped them off at San Bol but would not pick them up the next morning! Several people almost stranded. The great Cuban hospitalario transported our packs to Castrojeriz. We surmised that the problem was the out of the way arroyo mixed with the service being overextended.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
