Sunday, September 14 from 2 to 4 p.m. – London Pilgrims Group (not part of the CCoP), with the launch of Dr. Lesley Harmon’s new book, A Sociology of Pilgrimage in the parish hall at St John the Evangelist at 280 St James Street, London, ON.
October 25- London (Ontario) Pilgrims Group- Fall meeting
November 1- Fredericton, New Brunswick, The schedule will include reports from returning pilgrims giving accounts of their experiences on the Camino Portugues and the Camino Frances. A pilgrim who biked the Camino Frances in June will tell her story. Details to come.
November 2– Halifax -Tom Friesen will be one of our presenters as he will be introducing hospitalero/hospitalera training. Check their FB page for the latest.
November 5, 7.00-9.00 pm, Edmonton-at the Paroisse de Saint Thomas d'Aquin, 8410-89 Street, Edmonton.
Saturday, November 8, Toronto Fall Meeting, 10:00 am start.
NEW VENUE- Place: Beach United Church, 140 Wineva Ave. ( on Queen W. streetcar line, public parking lots in vicinity). There will be a training session in the morning: further details on costs will be on the Toronto chapter’s FB site. Information from Mike at mike.gurski@gmail.com.
Note, as well, that the Toronto chapter is holding its 2014 Annual Toronto Pilgrim's Photo Contest. To submit photos, go to their FB page, and click into the Album and add your photos. Please read the Contest Rules! Deadline midnight September 30, 2014.
