Hi all,
can anybody shed some information on travel from Carcassonne to SJPDP on 6th August. This is now looking like my revised departure date as I want to be completed by mid September.
Ryanair fly from Cork to Carcassonne, Cork is more convenient to me than Shannon but I am afraid that I may find it difficult and expensive to travel to SJPDP from Carcassonne. All help would be welcome.

Regards
John

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
This is along the Chemin du Piemont Pyrneen route that actually starts at Narbonne on the Mediterranean.

Oops! My mistake - thought you were going to walk there!! (Might not be a bad idea with the overcrowding on the Camino Frances!)

You could get a train to Bayonne and then to St Jean.
Check out the SNCF website at: http://www.ter-sncf.com/languedoc/index.asp (click on English version - bottom right hand corner)
