LIVE from the Camino Carrion de Los Condes Albergue

Spent last night in the Albergue Parrochial de Santa Maria...it changed my whole Camino. The 4 nuns held Vespers at 5:30 in the church and sang so beautifully...then we met in the reception room for introductions and a sing-along. At 8:00 pm there was a full mass with a special pilgrims blessing...then a communal dinner served by the nuns. It brought meaning to my Camino in an unexpected way. Definitely a highlight I will never forget.

I did good friday there with the procession it was incredible.

Make sure you get the pilgrims mass and blessing at Samos. You do not want to miss that. For me that mass was second only to Santiago pilgrims mass.
