"Camino from 2013 to 2019" paused for now...
Friends, any suggestions of how best to get from Carrion de los Condes to Burgos on Saturday 1st October next (in the morning).

Thanks

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Yes, ALSA buses run that route (and the other way too, to Leon etc).
At Carrion, I think the ALSA bus only stops at Bar Espana (just check online).
Make sure to buy your bus ticket beforehand at Bar Espana or online (or wherever else they sell tickets), as I’m not sure the bus driver can sell you a ticket (when I caught the bus at Carrion de Los Condes last month, the bus driver insisted I go back inside Bar Espana to buy a ticket).

The bus sometimes is completely full. I’d suggest buying on-line if possible. At a minimum, buy as soon as you arrive in Carrion. We purchased 24 hrs in advance and were assigned 2 seats in the back row.
