I think @henrythedog can answer that. He has some bus and taxi travels from there last year. Not sure there is a regular bus to Leon. The bus stop shows up on Google Maps at the corner of Calle Santa Maria and Plaza Pina Merino

That is because it is first of all a bar and serving to locals. We as pilgrims should have the courtesy to wait till they attend to our questions.

You HAVE to get the ticket from the bar (unless you bought one online). I had to catch the bus from Carrion, and the bus driver said he couldn’t sell me a ticket, I had to buy it from the bar. And yes, it took the bar a looong time to get the ticket sorted.😊

One bus a day, walking the Meseta again do not like after Carrion.
Will bus to Leon then onto Astorga and onwards In June .
