Cele variante specifics

We are going to walk the Cele variante and there seems to be three options after Cabrets:
# 1
Cabrets -Pasturat
Pasturat - Cahors

# 2
Cabrets - Saint Cirq
Saint Cirq - Mars de Vers
Mar de Vers - Cahors

# 3
Cabrets - Saint Cirq
Saint Cirq - Pasturat (you just go some km to Saint Cirq and walk back the next day)
Pasturat - Cahors

The # 3 seems to be more interesting... will I loose something??

I'll be choosing #2 when I walk, mostly because the Gîte de Poudally in Mas de Vers looks like a great stop. It's been recommended on a couple threads on the forum.

We did #2 - sort of. Did a bit of off-piste bush bashing along the way. GPS to the rescue!
