It's one of those videos that you can't see too often, it always makes you smile. My smile is a bit grim this time, they charge for using a credit card but don't return that money when they cancel a flight :evil:

That sounds like a good name Ian, actually I think it's 'Fantastic Aida' though I may be wrong.
