chemin de la mature

Hello fellow pilgrims,

My camino starts on the 15 th of May in Borce (France).
Just along the N134 there's a spectacular hiking path "chemin de la mature"
Anyone who took this road on the way to the Col de Somport ?
Is there a chance to return back to the main road after passing this hiking path ?

it's part of the GR10. You could, I suppose, carry on to Ayous and then over the Col des Moines to the Somport, but the actual chemin through the gorge is quite short, so you could simply go out and back again.
