Happy Friday
I will be heading to Irun in less than a month. I have purchased the cho pat knee pads that fit around the entire knee. A few days ago I tried them out on part of the Peruvian Inca trail. They seemed to work, but they got super sweaty and left marks on my knees. I have an appt with a PT before I leave for Spain to see if I'm wearing them correctly, but curious as to see if anyone else had comfort issues. In addition, my collar strap on my Kyte backpack is digging into my chest, anyone have some recommendations on making this more confortable? Thank you!!

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Not sure what you mean about digging into your chest. I assume you are a woman since you are using the Kyte backpack. You can adjust that strap up and down if it's bothering you breasts. You also don't need to have it cinched down super tight. It's meant as a stabilizer. In my profile pic I'm wearing a Kyte. It's a small picture but you can see where I wear mine.
I have nothing to add about the knee pads. Not a clue what they are even for :)

Thanks. It's actually between shoulder and breast. I'll go in to REI and see what adjustments they can help me with. Your response about too smuch might be the problem.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
I don't where you are from, but one suggestion for your knees would be iPow knee straps, which were recommended to me. . I didn't wear mine; they were meant for 'just in case'. I ended up giving them to a woman who was having a lot of knee pain. I met up with her much later on the CF and her comment was "They saved my whole Camino" so I took from that they were what she needed. My knees held up just fine. Buen Camino
