Do the albergues typically 'close' at a certain time, where a pilgrim would no longer be able to check in for the night? I'm trying to plan my days, but I wasn't sure if there was a particular time that I needed to plan on being done.

According to my experience the problem is not that albergues have a closing time, but that they are full around noon in the busier times of the year :wink:
