AFAIK, there isn't any signalized walking route linking the Primitivo with the Inglés. OTOH, out of Ribadeo, on the Camino del Norte, you could take the Ruta do Mar (look for info about the Ruta do Mar on the Ruta do Mar area of the forum) to connect with the Camino Inglés.
