Hi,
I was wondering if anyone with experience of the Camino frances could tell me how many albergues have cooking facilities- to cook your own food.

Many thanks for your help!

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
Generally on the Gronze.com website and in many of the guidebooks and Apps, you can find whether an albergue has a kitchen for pilgrim use or not. Many do, some don't. Some have a great kitchen, but no utensils (like in Galicia). Others may not have more than a microwave. BTW, welcome. I see this is your first post!

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
Its not so much the question whether or not the albergue has a kitchen, but if the kitchen is open for usage. During my May-June walk unfortunately lots of them were closed
Welcome, Good Luck and Buen Camino!

Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
At some Albergues the kitchen is to be used for a "community" meal and EVERYONE is expected to work with the others preparing the meal and cleaning afterwards. Great way to meet others.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-

And thanks for your welcome, yes I am new!

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-
If you are a simpleton American like me I always have to be retaught on every camino how to use their stoves!

YouTube saved me several times on this...also taught me how to use and care for the ventless dryers you see more often in Europe...AND now to use the Spanish washing machine on the short cycle...
