Leaving Cordoba is a little difficult, ceramic plaques high up on walls mark the way, fairly straightforward execept near the central library, where you go left along the city wall for a few yards then right up "cinco cobrallos"
In Cerro Muriano you must stay with Gert-Jan and Maria, the high point of my Camino so far! A lovely couple who understand pilgrims.
The route in the campo is well marked, and no wading of streams required so far (fingers crossed)
Great pictures and details can be found at www.magwood.me I think her blog is likely to be the defining guide for this Camino for some time!

Gert-Jan and Maria are indeed lovely, so glad that I stayed with them last October. I had met them the year before at the annual hospitalero get-together and the wonderful night with them gave me the energy to push on and complete the Mozárabe (16 days without meeting a pilgrim!).

Hello fellow pilgrims. I will start walking the Camino Mozárabe from Almería on 5th April 2024 and just wonder whether there is anybody else there around that date with the same objective?
