Beena few years since I’ve been over the northern side of the globe as I’m from NZ. I’ve no idea of how much things are costing eg accommodation and food nowadays. So just wondering if anyone who has recently walked the Camino Portuguese has an idea of how much I should allow for daily expenses.

What kind of accomodation are you looking for?

If you were (as I was in the last month on that route) looking for an inexpensive private room, eating a menú del día for late lunch, snacking in the evening and drinking without much regard for established medical advice about €75/day would see you comfortably right.

I walked from Porto last year in September, beds were from €5 to €20 for me. I stayed in municipal albergues where possible. Hope that helps.
