Credencial del Peregrino

I shall be starting my camino in late April this year. I'll be arriving at SJPP on the last train from Bayonne (after 07:00pm). Can anyone please tell me the opening and closing times of the Pilgrims Office in SJPP.

You can get your credential at Accueil des pelerins de St-Jacques, 39 rue de la Citadelle. The pilgrims office is open from 7h30 to 12h30 and then from 13h30 to 22h.
