Hola - somewhere in the past month or so I suggested to a pilgrim planning their camino on a bike that if your French was up to standard then there was a good guide book.
Well I finally found my copy: Le Camino Frances a Velo. (author/photographer Marie-Helene et Pirerre Costes). Looks like its published by Ouest-France!
