Deciding on how to get from Conques to Nice

Hi, I am finishing my Camino in Conques and am looking at the option of taking a flight from Rodez to Nice (via Paris) which seems to be the quickest way to get to Nice.
Will it be easy to get a taxi from Conques to Rodez? And does anyone know the Taxi company names and numbers.
