Time of past OR future Camino

Hello, i would like to know which one should i take, the camino del norte or primitivo. I will be there in June, and will star at Bilbao. I think i woul prefer Del Norte, because i want to see the ocean. I also whant to see nice village with church or old building. How is the Albergue on the Del Norte in June, should i reserve in advance? and should i bring a sleeping bag or just a liner?

Thank you

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

@Dodog if you are starting in Bilbao you'll have had plenty of the Norte before you have to make decisions about switching to Oviedo and the Primitivo. You will have seen lots of ocean.

There are plenty of old villages with old buildings, and some stunning examples of modernist and modern architecture to be enjoyed as well.

As for Albergues, wait till you are on the ground. You will get a feel for how many other pilgrims are on the road and can book a day or so ahead if you feel the need. www.gronze.com will give you lots of information about accommodation and facilities.

And as for a sleeping bag / liner... Where are you from? Do you sleep in a centrally heated house? What do you usually use? Would you rather wear extra clothing in bed than carry a sleeping bag?

Buen camino and happy planning

TThank you very much.
