The emergency dental service in Spain will only extract teeth, not treat them. You would probably do best chatting to hospitaleros over the next couple of days. If you are close to Leon they may have contact numbers for dentists, (yellow pages if nothing else), if they phone for you and explain you may be able to get an appointment organised before you arrive.

Actually I said Spain, I can only speak for the system in Galicia but I doubt Leon is much different.
