Is there a difference between the postage from the post office around Montparnastower and from the SJPP and from the Roncesvalles?
If there is a difference, how much is the difference in fares?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Hello and welcome to the forum. You will need to give some more information.

Are you asking about the rates for mailing something through the post office? In France and Spain? To where" What size and weight?

I'm not sure about rates, but I don't believe that Roncesvalles has a post office.

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
I have a 28 inch size, 18kg.
I want to send from France.
I wonder if sending a carrier from Paris and sending a carrier from SJPP is different in price.

I suppose you want to send your parcel to Santiago de Compostela in Spain? Both www.laposte.fr and www.correos.es allow you to work out the price.

You need to indicate the dimensions of the parcel - height, width, length. The price for sending a parcel from Paris and SJPP in France to a destination in Spain will be the same, the price from Burguete in Spain will be considerably lower. Burguete will be the first post office that you encounter after SJPP; opening times are 8:30-9:30am, 4:30–7:30pm Mon-Fri.

You can also send your parcel through a specialised company in SJPP, see www.expressbourricot.com. Their price may well be similar to the price of the French post office.

Looks like you are going on. Feb Camino. Express Bourricot is closed until mid-March I believe. Also, remember the Napoleon route from SJPdP will be closed and you will need to walk the Valcarlos route which could also have snow in Feb. You might want to consider starting in Pamplona and using the Correos to send you bag. I would also search this site for information on albergues that are open in the winter.
