Watch out for dogs running free as you enter Barquinna. We were riding bikes and one bit my shoe. It tore the side out of it. A walker we came across a short while later was bitten on her leg through her pants. The dog broke her skin in several places. It was a small sandy coloured dog something like a jack Russell terrier. Be careful!
