Not that I can think of, at least from Irun to Oviedo. There are three places where you hit a river without a bridge, but they have boats in those places!

Yes, and it's a nice experience.

1st between Irun and San Sebastian.
2nd in Laredo.
3rd to get Santander.

And don't forget the elevators to arrive down to Deba
