I've been trying to get a copy of the English - Gallego Phrase Book put out by the Xunta de Gallica but I can't find it anywhere on line. I had it on order from Amazon.UK for 6 months and they finally notified me that they can't get it. Does anyone have any idea how I can track it down?

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
Re: English - Galego Phrase Book

Thanks very much. I discovered this link late last night after posting my first message. I placed an order but have not heard anything back. You would think that plenty of copies would be available since it is now a holy year.

A selection of Camino Jewellery
Have you tried checking the Xunta de Galicia site? Their site is only in Gallego and Castellano but by using Google translate I am sure you navigate the site. In fact it might be a good idea to contact them directly, who knows it might be free!!

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Re: English - Galego Phrase Book

Well,

too late now. The book is on it's way. I'm just happy to get it at all. Amazon UK tried to get it from the Xunta for six months without success. I tried looking around the Xunta site but could not find anything on the phrase book.

Re: English - Galego Phrase Book

I received my English/Galego/Spanish phrase book in the mail today. I find it always makes a better impression to try to speak even a little of the local language.
